(IV)Lockup-to-mineproduct

Thelockup-to-mineproductgeneratesyieldsbasedonPOS/DPOSuserlockuptokens.Thespecifictermandyieldrateoftheproductshallbesubjecttothespecificationsontheproductpage.

II.SpecialClauses1.Theusercommitsandconfirmsthathe/shehascarefullyreadtheUserAgreementofthiswebsite/platform,andiswillingtobeboundbytheUserAgreement.

2.Wehavetherighttosuspendorterminatetheproductinadvanceif:(1)Productterminationisrequiredbyregulatoryauthoritiesorbylawsandregulations;(2)WeareunabletocontinuetoperformtheProductAgreementduetoforcemajeureand/oraccidents;or(3)Thereareothercircumstancesinwhichwedeemitnecessarytoterminatetheproductinlightofmarketconditions.

3.Ifweterminatetheproductinadvance,wewilltransfertheuser’sduerevenuetotheuser’saccountwithintwodays.
