Youwarrantandrepresentthatyouownalllegalandbeneficialrights,titleandinterestinallintellectualpropertyrightsoftheArtworks.

Youwarrantandrepresentthatthemintorproduction,sale,displayorperformanceofNFTsonrelevantwebpagesorsitesbyGateisnotaviolationofanyagreement,contract,orobligationowedtoathirdpartyandnotacontraventionofanyapplicablelaws.

Youacknowledge,confirmandwarrantthatneithertheArtworksnoritsposting,uploading,publication,submissionortransmittaloftheArtworksorGate’suseoftheArtworkswillinfringe,misappropriateorviolateathirdParty'spatent,copyright,trademark,tradesecret,moralrightsorotherproprietaryorintellectualpropertyrights,orrightsofpublicityorprivacy,orresultintheviolationofanyapplicablelawsorregulations.

Yourepresentandwarrantthatallinformationyousubmitinconnectionwiththiseventistrue,accurateandcomplete.

AnyonewhoviolatesorbreachesthetermsandconditionssetforthhereofwillbedisqualifiedfromparticipatinginthiseventandGatereservestherighttoholdresponsibleand/ortakelegalactionsagainstthepersonswhoviolatesorbreachesthesetermsandconditions.

Theeventrewardscanbesuperimposed,whichwillbeissuedintheformoftrialfundsforcopiers,validfor7days.
